The Employee Relations Division coordinates recruitment and selection, labor relations, and other human resources activities for the Dane County Government. Employee Relations also administers the County's benefit and payroll systems. Our goal is to build and maintain a dedicated team of people who are passionate about supporting our county as a great place to live, work, and visit.
